We believe that men and women are created in the image of God and as such have equal standing and value before Him.We also believe God’s design and structure creates distinctions of nature and roles for men and women.Our desire is to honor God and His design and to exhort the church to live in obedience to what He calls good.
Because of our understanding of God’s design for men and women and the structures He has created, we seek to minister to the unmarried women of our church.We understand the importance of God’s design of headship and our unmarried women’s meetings seek to provide an opportunity for the elders to connect with and minister to the unmarried women of our congregation so that we can shepherd them well.We use a variety of book studies to provide a biblical setting for spiritual growth as well as for developing trust and relationship.The elders are currently leading through a study of the book, “Lies Women Believe” by Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth.
